The Owl Loft is arranged over two floors and sleeps 6.  From the entrance there is a spacious lobby which takes you to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area.  The entire ground floor is tiled.  The comfortable lounge area has TV with Freeview/streaming, DVD, books and games, and a wood burning stove set for use on the first day of your stay.  The well equipped kitchen has a built in fan assisted electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and built in fridge/freezer.  The cottage is heated by timed LPG central heating.  Far reaching views can be enjoyed through the patio windows while relaxing in the lounge.  The shared garden and own patio area with seating and BBQ can be accessed through the french door. It is the ideal luxury self catering Snowdonia holiday accommodation. 

There are two bedrooms on the first floor (one double and one twin) and one double bedroom on the ground floor.  The doubles have en-suites.  Please note that there is a step down into the ground floor en-suite. The upstairs twin bedroom is next to a well appointed family bathroom with stand alone bath and separate shower, WC and basin. No pets. No smoking.  No stag or hen parties or similar. Cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request. Changeover is on a Friday. Prices vary between £630-£1384.
